Technical Design & Physical Sampling

Order Confirmation & Deposit
Upon final sample approval, we will issue a formal Proforma Invoice (PI) detailing the full order and payment terms. Production of your custom yoga mats is formally scheduled upon receipt of a 30% deposit, locking in your place on our production schedule.
Mass Production & In-Line QC
Your order enters our production lines, overseen by our floor managers. We don't wait until the end to check for issues; we conduct in-line inspections at key manufacturing stages.
Final Inspection, Balance Payment & Packaging
We provide you with the final QC report and photos of the finished, packaged goods for your records. The remaining 70% balance is due at this time. Your mats are then packed into durable, export-quality cartons, clearly labeled with shipping marks for easy inventory management upon arrival.
Shipping & Documentation
We coordinate all logistics based on your needs—be it sea freight for cost-efficiency or air freight for speed (FOB and CIF terms available).
